Become a letting partner
You let on site – we provide the software. Owners in Offmarketpool Property Management instruct you directly and you invoice your fee to the owner yourself.
How it works
- 1The owner picks you for a vacant unit and grants the letting mandate (text form, with withdrawal notice for consumers).
- 2You accept, maintain listing and slots, publish on ImmoScout24 through your own account and carry out the viewings.
- 3You propose a tenant, the owner approves, the management creates the tenancy and concludes the lease.
- 4Only then is your fee earned – you issue the invoice to the owner with one click.

Why a separate invoice?
Whoever manages a building may not charge a letting fee for units in it (§ 2(2) no. 2 WoVermittG, Federal Court of Justice I ZR 224/25). Independent agents therefore let in their own name and invoice themselves. Offmarketpool takes no share of your fee – only the fixed software licence.
Fee
Standard 1 month’s net base rent plus VAT, adjustable by you up to 2, at least your minimum fee (default €400 net). Commercial 1–3 monthly rents. Success only, tenants never pay.
