Every property comes with a key. The key handover is the moment a deal is truly done – and that is what we work towards with you.
The square with the keyhole is also our app icon. On your home screen, in the browser tab and on every document, you see the same mark.

What has changed?+
Only the mark. The handwritten H from our founding days has made way for the keyhole. Black and white, the typeface and the layout with the dividing line remain.
Who is behind Offmarketpool?+
As before, Dr. Hofeditz Real Estate GmbH in Hamburg. It remains your contractual partner and is named in every contract, every non-disclosure agreement and in the legal notice.
Why is “by Dr. Hofeditz” no longer in the logo?+
Offmarketpool is a platform with partners in many regions. The logo therefore now carries only the platform’s name – responsibility stays with the same company.
Do I need to do anything?+
No. Your access, your search profiles and your releases stay as they are. If you have saved Offmarketpool as an app, the new icon will appear automatically the next time you open it.
