Delete account.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in.
2. Open your profile.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Your account is locked immediately; you can no longer sign in afterwards.

Without signing in

Email marcel@dr-hofeditz.de from the address of your account with the subject “Delete account”. We will confirm the deletion by email.

Partner accounts

For partners we record the request. Ongoing contracts and commissions are settled first, then we delete the account.

What is deleted

Profile and contact details, search profiles, watchlists, chat messages, uploaded files and device identifiers for push notifications. We delete or anonymise this data within 30 days.

What we have to keep

Records we must keep for legal reasons or need to enforce claims (e.g. invoices, proof of brokerage, signed agreements) are stored in restricted form until the respective period ends (6 or 10 years under German commercial and tax law) and then deleted.
