Our mission
Off-market property trading in Germany has traditionally depended on personal networks – opaque, fragmented and hard to access. Offmarketpool digitises this process and creates structured, discreet access for professional market participants. Our goal: maximum confidentiality with maximum efficiency.
Who we work for
Our platform is aimed at institutional investors, family offices, asset managers and pension funds, as well as licensed estate agents and transaction advisers. Only verified participants with a proven professional background are granted access.
Our location
Dr. Hofeditz Real Estate GmbH is based at Am Klein Flottbeker Bahnhof 55 in Hamburg – at the heart of one of Germany’s most important property markets. From here, we support transactions in all of Germany’s metropolitan regions.
