A network for off-market transactions across Europe.
Offmarketpool connects regional partners and future country managers through a shared platform for discreet off-market transactions.
Offmarketpool
Central platform infrastructure – technology, processes, data room and transaction management.
Country Managers
National market responsibility – building local partner structures and developing deal flow in key European markets.
Regional Partners
Local market presence – managing regional mandates, buyer management and transaction support on the ground.
Two ways into the network.
Whether you are an operational platform partner or a strategic market developer – choose the route that fits your role.
Two operational roles. One platform.
As a partner, you work operationally on the platform – either on the transaction side or on the financing side.
Transactions. Mandates. Deal flow.
Financing. Structuring. Capital.

From Germany to Europe.
What started in Germany with regional partners is now being expanded into a European network for off-market transactions.
Country managers – building markets. Creating networks.
Country managers represent Offmarketpool in key European markets. They build local broker partner and finance partner structures, develop deal flow on the ground and contribute directly to the expansion of the network.
Try first, then take over the country.
You are an established broker in your country and want to keep your mandates? As Country Manager Pilot you connect your market with the Offmarketpool network – no exclusivity, no fee, no minimum volume. We appoint one pilot per country.
Either way. You keep your mandates and clients and only submit what you need buyers for.
Your dashboard shows the ten best-matching buyers in the network for your deals – anonymised, we make the introduction.
Fee split per deal in text form, default 50/50 on the buyer side. 24 months client protection for both sides.
Joint review – then full Country Manager with territorial protection, partner structure and your country’s leads.
